Rossomarea

This wine is a tribute to the alchemical power of the moon and the moon’s ability to control the tides through gravitational pull. Our ancestors were aware of the effects of the lunar phases on the land and how the moon regulates the flow of lymph in plants in agriculture. The moon governs the flow of liquids, and just as the flow of water is influenced by the moon so too is wine affected by the moon’s lunar phases. Red, also known in alchemy as “il Rubedo” meaning “redness”, is the colour of the final stage of alchemy. It is the stage of full maturity; the stage at which the grape harvest commences.
